By accessing or using our Restaurant Website, submitting your email address, or redeeming any restaurant credit related to a purchase of an attraction or Broadway show through our mobile app ("App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). Our Services are designed to enhance your dining and entertainment experiences. The primary Services include:
Facilitating purchases of attractions and Broadway show tickets via our mobile App.
Offering promotional restaurant credit to users who provide a valid email address on our Restaurant Website after making an eligible purchase via the App.
Delivering promotional and service-related communications (via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp) to users who opt in.
Important Notice: Restaurant credit is a promotional incentive and has no cash value. It is non-transferable and may only be redeemed at participating third-party restaurants, as indicated on our website or in the communication you receive after registering.

Participating restaurants and the value of promotional credits may not be available at the time of redemption, especially during peak times or if an offer is sold out. The restaurants listed on our site or promotional materials may not be available at the time of booking or use.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, including receiving restaurant credit:
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You must make a qualifying purchase through our App.
You must submit a valid email address through our Restaurant Website to receive your restaurant credit.
We reserve the right to verify purchase eligibility and limit or revoke credits in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

4. Third-Party Services
While our Restaurant Website and App are owned and operated by Broadway’s Best LLC, some Services or redemptions may involve third-party providers such as restaurants, tour operators, attraction operators, and show producers.
🔺 Restaurants are independent third parties and are not owned, operated, or controlled by Broadway’s Best LLC. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or service of any participating restaurant and disclaim all liability related to your dining experience, including but not limited to reservations, food quality, service, wait times, or any other aspect of the restaurant experience.
We encourage you to review any third-party terms and conditions before engaging with those services.
5. Use of Restaurant Credit
A minimum of two (2) people must each purchase an attraction or Broadway show ticket through our App in order to qualify for the restaurant credit offer.
Only one credit will be issued per qualifying group or transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased.
The credit has no cash value, and cannot be reused, resold, or transferred.
Credit may only be used at participating restaurants, subject to availability and any other terms outlined at the time of redemption.
Any suspected fraud, duplication of offers, or misuse (e.g., using multiple email addresses for the same transaction) may result in the revocation of the credit and suspension of access to the Services at our sole discretion.
Credits may have expiration dates or other conditions, which will be specified in the offer details or confirmation email.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Misuse the Restaurant Website or App
Submit false or misleading information, including purchase or guest details
Attempt to obtain restaurant credits fraudulently
Violations may result in suspension or permanent revocation of access to the Services and forfeiture of any promotional credits.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided on the Restaurant Website and App—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by Broadway’s Best LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broadway’s Best LLC shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
Delays, errors, or failures in third-party services
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, NY.
